Controller and contact
The data controller is the legal business entity disclosed through the Site Content panel. Its service address, telephone, general contact and privacy request channel must be completed before sales are opened.
Categories of data
Identity and contact data; customer transactions; order, license, download and support records; and security logs may be processed. Marketing communication requires separate optional consent.
Purposes and legal bases
Processing supports contract performance, account and license management, support, fraud prevention, information security, legal retention and accounting. The applicable legal basis depends on the activity and may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.
Recipients and processors
Data may be shared on a need-to-know basis with hosting, email, security, accounting and payment-verification providers, or competent authorities where legally required. Financial networks apply their own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Records are retained only as required for stated purposes and law, then erased, destroyed or anonymized. Password hashing, encrypted phone storage, access control, rate limiting, session protection, backups and audit logs are applied on a risk basis. No system can guarantee absolute security.
