How to request
Submit the order number, account email, issue and supporting evidence through account support. Delivery and license-use records are reviewed.
Before delivery or activation
Where a license has not been assigned, download access has not been used and performance has not begun, cancellation is reviewed promptly under applicable law.
Digital content and withdrawal
Immediate digital performance requires the advance consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law. This policy does not waive statutory withdrawal or defective-service rights.
Technical defects
If a product fails under documented compatibility conditions, reasonable remediation is offered first. Redelivery, time credit, price reduction or refund is then assessed under the facts and applicable law.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned through the original method where possible and within applicable time limits. Third-party bank or network fees are governed by those providers.
